1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Free from stains, tears, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Non-returnable status will always be indicated on the product page.
3. Return Process

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping or provide a free replacement.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns.
Fiorenne is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. If your return is approved:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different size, color, or item:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
