At Fiorenne, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and related requests are handled when you shop on Fiorenne.shop.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Free from stains, tears, or signs of wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Intimate or undergarment items

  • Personal care products

  • Opened kitchen tools or consumables

  • Clearance or final sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

Non-returnable status will always be indicated on the product page.


3. Return Process

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Photos if your item arrived damaged or defective

Once we review your request, we’ll send you return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping or provide a free replacement.

  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns.

Fiorenne is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Banks or card issuers may take 3–10 business days to complete processing

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your return is not approved, we’ll provide an explanation.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you want a different size, color, or item:

  1. Request a refund for your original purchase

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures quicker processing and better inventory accuracy.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


8. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

  • You may return the item once it arrives.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — processing times vary

  3. If the refund still hasn’t posted, email us at support@fiorenne.shop
